Description: Full set of extremely desirably dated Koni “Special Ds”! 3 of the 4 of these shocks still feature their original decals and all 4 are original paint still. These shocks will need to be rebuilt but they are the ultimate finishing touch for the undercarriage of any concours ready show car… or perfect for the discerning owner who insists on the cars driving exactly the way they did in 1965! 3 of the 4 shocks date 3-65 and one dates 2-65. It is common for dates to not match perfectly on the cars originally… my 5S345 actually had 2-65s on 3 corners with an 11-64 on the rear! These are date code correct for the vast majority of 65 GT350s and Carryovers… pretty much any car around or after 5S200ish. Most importantly, the shock bodies do not have the excessive pitting that you will see on other offerings when for sale… this is a premium set.
